Goodbye... Not Really Though

This is my last day with my iPad, and I needed to save this to somewhere before it was lost in the depths of cyberspace.

If the moonlight shines with unprecedented brilliance,

And the trees begin a slowly swaying dance,

If the shadows glow with a darkness unforeseen,

And the twilight dips and twists, 

We will dance along with them.

If the night develops wings,

Takes flight, and begins to sing

Lullabies and rhapsodies, 

I'll sing with you 

'Till the dawn breaks

O'er the hills.

If the fireflies weave threads of ambiance

Into tapestries of endless dreams, 

If the songs of the birds cease,

And a stillness creeps across the ground,

We will lie under the stars and be able to see the future.
