New Discovery

I found this poem drifting through the words of the English language, so I rescued it.

Autumnal Romance

Your love sails strong and it sails deep
Over me like the sun
When angry clouds do not keep
Your light hidden from me.

Your love is the sound of the autumn leaves
As they rustle dried on the branch.
The sound of my heart as it believes
That you love me back.

Your love is the swirling herd
Of small brown birds
As they drift slowly southward.
Or something like that.
